Welcome ICS to the Xperia™ Family, Sony Ericsson rolls out Android 4.0 for Xperia™ Arc S, Xperia™ Neo V and Xperia™ Ray!
Sony Ericsson has finally started rolling out Android 4.0 for 2011 series of Xperia™ phones.
Features of Android 4.0, ICS as stated on Sony Ericsson website.
The availiability and scheduling of ICS 4.0 will vary by devices.
Before upgrading the device, please note that:
1)ICS 4.0 requires advanced hardware, chances are your phone’s performance may be affected.
2)You can’t Roll back to Android 2.3 once you upgrade it.
3)After upgrading, please go to Google’s market place and download latest Adobe Flash Player Application.
4)Some third party applications may not be compaitable with ICS 4.0.Visit Google market place to dowload compatible apps or contact thrid party developers.
5)Some apps may get disabled and won’t be visible on screen.A new installed application called ‘Performance Assistant’ will help you enable these apps.
