The Witcher 2: Enhanced Edition for Xbox 360 gets release date and New Trailers

Polish video game developer CD Projekt RED has finally announced a concrete release date for Xbox 360 version of its critically acclaimed RPG Game Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings.

The game was released last year on the PC and delighted millions of PC gamers with its stunning visuals and RPG mechanics.  An Xbox 360 version for the game was announced shortly afterwards, to be launched by the end of 2011 . However, it was delayed till Q1 2012. Now, CD Projekt RED, in collaboration with Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has officially announced an April 17th launch for the Xbox version of the game. This will come in the form of “The Witcher 2: Enhanced Edition”, an updated version of the game, with added content and host of new features.

The Xbox version of the game will be released on April 17 2012, along with a PC version of the Enhanced Edition as well.

The Xbox edition will have several improvements like updated controls, better camera, improved combat and better targeting and aim assist mechanics.

CD Projekt released some new trailers to promote the game.
